It was really great to meet up on Sunday as a club to remember our dear kite flying friend Martin Corrie who sadly died too young from Motor neurone disease. It was a glorious sunny warm day and it was lovely to meet up again with Anna, Amy and Richard and Martin’s 3 grandchildren.
Unfortunately the wind Gods weren’t with us and it was a scramble to find some light wind kites that would fly in the very light easterly wind. Between us we managed to get some kites in the air to remember our dear friend Martin 😁 There are a few photos from the day in our photo gallery.
